As a certified PHR, I offer a well rounded approach to HR management. Celebrating and championing your staff leads to retention, growth and success for everyone, but it’s often an afterthought. From co-authoring a company handbook, developing policies, training programs and review processes to assisting with employee and management coaching or recruiting, I am happy to tailor an HR toolkit specific to the needs of your business.

This program is for leaders who are ready to commit to developing their skills and are tired of flying by the seat of their pants. The Audit

We’ll meet, and you can share with me how you’d like to grow your company, where the biggest pain points are and what tasks and responsibilities are keeping you from doing the work you love. I’ll ask a ton of questions. Afterwards, I’ll develop a custom strategic HR plan for your business, and recommend areas that take the highest priority to keep you compliant and well positioned to lead a team. You’ll know where you are in good shape, where things are missing and what you need to focus on to get where you want to be, at your pace. You can decide from there if you’d like to tackle the steps on your own, or if you’re ready to invest in ongoing support to create these systems together.

If you aren’t ready to invest in certified HR help, but you’d like to have an idea of the basics, some forms to get you started and an understanding of good documentation and process, then a well-crafted set of templates might be a good start for you. These templates are ready to be edited by you to integrate with your company and come with a guide on best practices for their use.
